★ My Terms of Service

By commissioning me or buying a character design from me, you agree to these Terms of Services. This is a legally binding contract, therefor you must be 18+. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase my adopts and commission me with real currency.

Unless stated, payment must be upfront. I take payment in the form of USD through PayPal, Ko-Fi, and CashApp. In the event that I have a queue, payment is not necessary until I am working on the customer's commission. For adopts, payment can be postponed up to a week if the buyer needs, but will not be held for any longer.

As a creator, I have the right to update/change my Terms of Service at any given time. This Terms of Service applies to all customers, past, present, and future. Present/current customers will be notified of any Terms of Service updates before they are put into place.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone, within reason. I will never turn down a customer for sex, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religion. I will, however, turn down or cancel a commission/custom with a customer if they are rude, apart of a hateful/harmful community, or in any way shape or form make me, the artist, uncomfortable.

Only the commissioner and any party the commissioner allows may reupload my art to any site they wish, provided credit is given to me. Credit consists of anything from linking to one of my socials to simply dropping my username, though a link to one of my socials is heavily preferred. NSFW reuploads must leave credit towards my NSFW specific Fur Affinity, Schrieme.

I still hold legal rights as to intellectual property. If buyer or commissioner decides to use said artwork to make the piece into a different form, I.E. minting an NFT (Non-Fungible Token), or using it to train an AI (Artificial Intelligence) model, then legal ownership is forfeited back to the artist. I, the artist, do not want anything to do with crypto and AI, and would like that to be respected.

Modification of the art piece to include hateful symbols or remove my watermark is against the Terms of Service, and henceforth buyer/commissioner forfeits the right of ownership back to the artist upon a breakage. Modifications such as color changes, meme edits, or anything else that does not add harmful/hateful symbols that would reflect poorly on me, the artist, are exempt from this (ie: do not edit any of my pride art to have the flags represent pedo/zoo/nazi/etc pride. Edits to add meme captions, scale to use as profile pictures, and color shifts are okay and encouraged, as long as my credit stays).

Whilst I am still a growing artist, I know I must hold myself to a professional standard. If your art is not completed within two months, or within reason, you are entitled to a full refund. This is, however, if I haven't started on it. Once the art piece reaches the final sketch stage, only a 50% refund will be available. After reaching the completed flat color stage, no refunds will be allowed. If an emergency happens on my end and I am unable to complete your art within a respectable time frame, a full refund will be offered.

I, the artist, still reserve rights to the art itself. Any commissions I make can be used in my portfolios, social media postings, or be used as examples for future customers. An additional fee of $20 can be paid if one so desires to keep the art from being used as such.

If you do not adhere to my Terms of Service, you are liable to be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
